This is for my bro's!!
I found this cute decoration I'm giving to my mom at the gift shop in the Hospital I work at. I can give this to her without hesitation right now because I don't have any kids. I thought it was so cute!! I'm sure this will still be there when I have kids. For right now I'll settle with having the cutest and best nieces and nephews ever! I just couldn't resist. So this is for my GREAT brothers and sister in laws!!! Love ya all!!

February and March(I know I'm behind!)
The first weekend of March I came out for a super quick visit when Billy got blessed. I was late due to a bad ambulance call I had to go on before I left and so I could get home before dark I left early. It was well worth it though. I was able to see most of my family and I always love when I get to see my nieces and nephews. They're all so cute!! I love Wes and Jody's new house so it was fun to get to hang out there for a while. Jer was working so he couldn't come with me. I think we'll both be glad when he gets more vacation time and can start coming out to Oakley with me more often. As usual I got home and got ready for the next work week. However that following Friday wasn't the best. Jer got home and was so tired he hit the couch and was out cold. I was kind of glad cause all day something had been off I just wasn't feeling good. We both fell asleep on the couch until I woke up and felt terrible. I took my temp and it was 103.6! I know adults get fevers but its really unusual for adults to get them that high. I just medicated myself and slept it off. I woke up the next morning and didn't feel the best but I felt better. I started to clean the house and I went and spent some time with Trisha and the kids and just kind of wrote it of as some kind of 24 hr bug. Sunday night I had to work in the ER so I went to work and was fine but by 6 Monday morning I was really wishing I didn't have to be back to work by 8. I ended up going home getting ready and coming back to work but by 10 I couldn't take it anymore and had called in a PRN nurse to fill in the rest of the day. I decided I'd go home and rest and be better the next day but to play it safe see if the other nurse could work Tuesday if I needed him to. I woke up Tuesday and felt even worse. I called the other nurse to work for me and called and made an appointment with the doctor. When I got done seeing the dr. he ended up telling me I had pneumonia. Yes PNEUMONIA for the 2nd time since October. I couldn't believe it. He told me I couldn't return to work until my symptoms were gone and that he'd talk to my dr. I work for to get me off the hook and write notes to get me out of working my ER and ambulance shifts that week. I ended up being down until Saturday. Poor Jeremy again was neglected as far as dinner goes. He had to try and take care of me, work, and cook for himself. He was good about it though.
I finally feel better and decide to return to work on Monday. You'd think enough had already happened, guess again. I was cleaning a room after a patient was done and I was taking a blade off of a blade holder and my finger slipped and cut my thumb. I ended up walking down to the ER for stitches and getting 9 stitches in my thumb. Just some advice your the is probably the most inconvenient place to be cut cause your always hitting it on things and its always in the way! I guess maybe this is a sign I should get out of the medical field cause the last three weeks haven't been the best. I got my stitches out today and so far all is going well but I guess I shouldn't open my mouth too soon.
This past Sunday it was Jeremy's first day off out of his two for the week so him and a few of his coworkers decided to get their families together and have a BBQ. I had a lot of fun! He works with some great people and they're wife and kids are awesome to be around!! I can't wait for the weather to get better so we can plan our next BBQ. We had to move this one in the garage cause the wind was so bad, but we still had a blast. I know this has been a really long blog, I'll do better to try and split up my months instead of doing two months in one blog!! I'm also going to post some pictures that go with this blog but I haven't gotten the whole picture thing down yet so don't laugh too hard!

SURPRISE!!!!
1- I make no guarantees that you will like what I make!
2- What I create will be just for you.
3- It'll be done this year. (might be a little while)
4- You have no clue what it's going to be. It may be a story. It may be poetry or an article on properly cleaning your face before a masque. I may draw or paint something. I may bake you something and mail it to you. Who knows? Not you, that's for sure!
5- I reserve the right to do something extremely strange. The catch? Oh, the catch is that you must repost this on your blog and offer the same to the first 5 people who do the same on your blog. The first 5 people to do so and leave a comment telling me they did win a FAB-U-LOUS homemade gift by me! Oh, and be sure to post a picture of what you win when you get it!

Slacker!!!!
So I knew it would be hard for me to keep up on my blog!! Sorry! I still don't have many pictures and these ones aren't very good, but hopefully they'll work for now. We had a really good Thanksgiving and was able to spend the entire weekend in Oakley. It was really fun and gave us time to catch up on some needed rest. Before we knew it Jer and I was panicking to get to Salt Lake to go Christmas shopping. I'm not a big fan of shopping so I'm proud to say I did it all in 1 day! Then the Christmas parties came and I was so happy that my whole family got to be together. It's been a while since we all spent time together. Christmas was a little different this year. Jeremy ended up working, which was ok cause it didn't sound like the weather was traveling weather anyways, so I ended up spending most of the day with my brother and his family out here. I had a good Christmas, but I missed seeing my family. Poor Jer didn't get home until 3am the next day so he had a long Christmas. With New Years coming and knowing that Jeremy again would be working I decided to go to Las Vegas to pick up my friend Elisha. I posted a couple of pictures of us in Vegas but you can't see very well. Tiff, Elisha and I had a blast New Years Eve!!!! We walked the strip and went to Casino's it was fun!! Jeremy has been working out of town in Rangely a lot and sure enough as soon as I got home from Vegas Jer told me he was leaving to work out of town for the next three days. Go figure. I guess it was a good thing that I had someone coming out to stay with me for the weekend. Jan came out and stayed from Friday to Sunday. It was fun to show her my house and a little about where I live now. I had a fun weekend. On Friday I also got to go watch my 3 cousins play basketball in Altamont so I was able to see some of my family there. Anyway kind of a random blog but that's kind of the scoop on what's been going on. I'll really try better for the New Year!!!!Posted by Jeremy and Krista at 12:58 PM 2 comments

Early Riser
For the past 4 weeks on tuesdays and thursdays I get up and go play basketball at 5:45am. I play with a group of girls its random on who shows up everytime. The way I got started doing it was the doctor I work for, his wife Jaclynn invited me to play with them. It's been really fun. in 31/2 months its the first thing I've done with other people out here. The first morning I got up to go play Jeremy just sat down on the couch and started laughing. I asked what he was laughing at and he said"Its just so funny your up at quarter after five and your getting up to go play basketball." Jeremy didn't think I'd make it this long. He thought I'd quit after two weeks but I'm still going! Its been fun to have something to look forward to!
